These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in any educational courses, events, video presentations, live or recorded programs, and related digital materials provided through Airway Health Solutions (“AHS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), accessible via airwayhealthsolutions.com.

By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or attending any AHS program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Copyright & Use of Materials

All content appearing in Airway Health Solutions course presentations and any accompanying course support files are protected by U.S. Copyright laws and are the intellectual property of Airway Health Solutions / Lauren Gueits and Associates LLC, or the party credited as the content provider.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or otherwise exploit any such content, whether in whole or in part. This includes distribution over any network, sale, resale, or use in creating databases or derivative educational products.

You may not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices. Any unauthorized copying, storage, sharing, or use of AHS materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2) Educational Disclaimer

The statements, views, techniques, and opinions expressed in Airway Health Solutions courses and materials are those of the individual speaker or instructor and do not necessarily reflect the views of Airway Health Solutions or Lauren Gueits and Associates LLC.

3) Release of Liability & Professional Responsibility

All attendees are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licensure requirements, and professional standards related to the implementation of any techniques, procedures, or recommendations discussed in AHS programs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airway Health Solutions, Lauren Gueits and Associates LLC, and their officers, faculty, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your participation in or application of the program content.

4) Media Consent

You authorize Airway Health Solutions to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your image or likeness during AHS events, whether virtual or in-person.

You consent to the use of such media for:

Dental and airway health education
Professional lectures, courses, journals, or publications
Online educational platforms and forums
Marketing, promotional, and informational materials including websites and social media

You waive any right to compensation or approval related to the use or distribution of such media.

5) Airway Palooza Registration & Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies specifically to registrations for Airway Palooza conferences and related in-person events organized by Airway Health Solutions.

Event Dates: Airway Palooza 2027 will take place April 23–24, 2027.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or before January 24, 2027
Registrations cancelled on or before January 24, 2027 are eligible for a full refund minus a $150 administrative cancellation fee and payment processing fees.

Cancellations between January 25 and March 24, 2027
Cancellations received during this period are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus payment processing fees.

Cancellations after March 24, 2027
No refunds will be issued after March 24, 2027.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee. Transfer requests must be submitted by April 20, 2027.

Event Credit Option

At the discretion of Airway Health Solutions, cancelled registrations may be applied as credit toward a future Airway Health Solutions event or educational program.

Program Changes

Airway Health Solutions reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the program, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional discounts, early registration pricing, and coupon codes are offered for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed registrations.

Acceptance of Terms

When used within a registration or checkout flow on airwayhealthsolutions.com, agreement to these Terms may be required via a mandatory checkbox prior to completing your purchase or enrollment.
