Dr. Miraglia is a dentist and educator focused on airway health and early, non-surgical jaw development in growing children and teens. His clinical work centers on widening the arches with fixed expanders and braces — creating room for teeth and the tongue, supporting the nasal airway, and helping families avoid extractions while growth is still on their side.

He teaches clinicians how to recognize narrow jaws and airway issues early and intervene during the window when growth does much of the work — bringing the conversation about airway, expansion, and early treatment to general dentists, orthodontists, and the families they serve.
